RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of new and unused Prefabricated, Ready to Ship items within 7 days of your delivery date for Store Credit or Trade-in. Items marked 'Final Sale' are noted in the product descriptions and are not eligible for returns.


Returned products must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and sent with tracking from a cargo company of your choice within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please note that a small restocking fee will apply for approved items and original shipping charges will not be refunded. We are generally unable to provide any refunds for returns unless the fault was caused by us. Additionally, returns are never accepted for personalized products unless there is a malfunction. All our jewelry is handcrafted from high quality materials and is long-lasting. We are happy to help in any situation, so please contact us if you have any concerns.
